Welcome to Rediscovery Coach LLC. By accessing or using our website located at www.rediscovery.coach (the “Site,” or “website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please feel free to read these Terms carefully before using our services.

Rediscovery Coach LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers Life Coaching (“services,” or “service”) specializing in ‘Purpose and Transformation’ coaching, which are conducted primarily through virtual meetings. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use the Site or services provided by Rediscovery Coach LLC.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

We offer three distinct coaching* packages:

• 3-Month Coaching Package

• 6-Month Coaching Package

• 1-Month Coaching/Consulting* Package

All sessions are conducted online via virtual meetings. You agree that the services provided by Rediscovery Coach LLC are strictly coaching in nature and do not include clinical psychotherapy, clinical mental health services, or professional advice (*with the exception of our ‘1-Month Coaching/Consulting Package,’ which may include professional creative consultation which expressly excludes financial investment advice.) The client is responsible for their own mental, emotional, and physical well-being, decisions, choices, and actions.

In addition to these services listed above, we offer a complimentary 'Discovery Call' which is provided to guests as an opportunity to learn about us, while a Rediscovery Coach LLC Certified Life Coach assesses a viable client relationship. This virtual meeting is free of charge and lasts up to 45-minutes in length. It will be conducted over a secure virtual meeting. Reservations may be requested directly through the Site.

Clients may pay for services through our Site or directly via an established payment processors (and as they become available through the Site.) Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the coaching sessions.

When purchasing a Coaching Package, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to invest in it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract when you sign the Client Coaching Agreement, and commit to purchase a Coaching Package, and you complete the check-out payment process.

The cost of each Coaching Package will be listed on a permissions-only page of the website and accessible only to paying clients during the checkout process. Pricing may also be provided along with the official Coaching Agreement prior to the commencement of the first session for those clients that wish to proceed with any of our service offerings. We reserve the right to change our prices for products/services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Refunds are not provided once a session or package has commenced, with a provisional exception in cases where the Company is unable to provide the service as agreed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a prorated refund may be considered at the Company’s discretion, as a measure of good faith.

Clients agree to be fully present and engaged during each coaching session. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule sessions within the agreed package time frame. Failure to schedule or attend sessions within this period may result in the forfeiture of those sessions without a refund.

Without abusing the privilege, clients may reserve the right to reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice, and only if absolutely necessary out of respect for the company, coach, and other scheduled clients.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed, although we will do our best to accommodate for rare and extenuating circumstances.

Cancelled sessions within 24 hours of, or without any prior notice, are considered a forfeiture of that session per the Coaching Package.

Monthly Coaching Package sessions are understood to be "use or forfeit" generally speaking. For more information, please reference the Client Coaching Agreement.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information shared during coaching sessions. However, we may disclose information if required by law or if the Company believes disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

The services provided by Rediscovery Coach LLC are not a substitute for professional advice or treatment from a licensed mental health professional, attorney, accountant, or medical provider. You acknowledge that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of your life and that deciding how to handle these issues and implement your choices is exclusively your responsibility.

For self-initiated subscribers, you agree to receive occasional messages and materials from us, by email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages) for the purposes of providing our services. If you wish to no longer receive any promotional materials or notices – please notify us at any time.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms, the Client Coaching Agreement, or any applicable law or regulations.

You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services (if applicable), such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. 

All materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Rediscovery Coach LLC.

Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rediscovery Coach LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rediscovery Coach LLC, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rediscovery Coach LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Arizona. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or our services.
